Graphic reports are now available on both Client Connect and Tech Connect. 
In order be able to view these reports, you will need to download and install a special viewer to your PC. You should download this now to be ready to see the new content
 
Download and install a spell checker for your timesheet data entry form, then download this file and install to your PC. 
This adds a new icon into your web browsers toolbar and allows you to spell check your timesheets before submitting them to the office.

Just a tip, when installed in your web browser go to tools menu in your browser and select, iespell, options and change the default language/dictionary to English (UK).

Client Connect enables customers to connect to our systems via the internet and can be highly customised to suit the individual needs of each client.
Client Connect features include the ability to:
Watch calls moving through the service cycle.
View, extract and download data to MS Word or Excel or simply interact with intuitive graphical reports of reactive maintenance history.
View and key word search through reactive maintenance history.
  Where a customer engages ABS to care for more than one facility, it is possible to view all buildings and their performance through a single portal using intuitive explorer style menus.

Any Clients not presently connected to Client Connect, should contact their Client Manager to discuss their requirements.

 

 



We have a Service Technician available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need to contact this person phone our callout number Ph: (04) 499 1123 (this is routed to Telecom Answer Messaging Service). Ask for Group 1 to be paged.

Dictate a brief message giving the following details:

  Name of person requesting work.

  Contact phone number.

  Building where attendance is required.

  Nature of the problem.

Your message will be sent to the 'on call' technician who will phone you promptly.
